Privacy Policy

What we access

When you install the app, Shopify gives it permission to read your products, variants and inventory, to read your inventory transfers and the items you receive on them, and to write product data (only to save barcodes you ask us to create or fix). The app uses this data only to build the labels you request.

What we store

• Your store domain and the access credentials Shopify issues to the app, needed to keep it working.
• The name and email of the staff account that opened the app, as provided by Shopify's standard session.
• A monthly count of labels generated, to apply the free plan limit.
• For stock you receive: the shipment and transfer numbers, the variant IDs and how many items were received and printed, so the app can show which labels are still to print.

Label PDFs are generated in your browser. Product titles, prices and barcodes are not stored on our servers.

Customer data

The app does not collect, store or process personal data of your customers.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, Shopify notifies us and we delete the stored credentials. Within 48 hours of uninstalling, we delete all remaining data for your store, including usage counts and received-stock records. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by email.

If you are in the EEA, UK or another region with data protection laws, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
